Car Mate to receive 2023 CES Innovation Award

Car Mate is honored to announce that its upcoming model, DC3600R, has received 2023 CES Innovation Award for the In-Vehicle Entertainment & Safety category.

This product showcased innovative design and engineering features that scored highly across the evaluation criteria and joins an elite group of other products given this honor.

DC3600RA is a dash cam capable of recording high-resolution front, rear, and 360-degree footage with only two cameras. Although the product may look like an ordinary 360-degree camera with a rear camera, DC3600RA has unique “Dual-Recording” image processing technology in the 360-degree lens. It automatically crops the front-facing footage from 360-degree footage. As a result, it saves both 2 data in the best resolution suitable for each footage. In addition, the DC3600RA achieves license plate recognition, a known weakness of ordinary 360-degree cameras, with reasonable and inexpensive software technology instead of expensive hardware, making it more affordable.

Car Mate is again proud to be a part of CES Show after 2020 and 2022 shows.  The company is excited to announce the award winning DC3600RA model which front 360 degree camera crops the front footage with higher definition resolution to be able to read the license plate in front.  Also, the model will be equipped with communication module so that the users can lively watch the footage from the distance such as office or home.  The model also appeals to B to B business including fleet companies as it can monitor their fleets driving location and speed besides live footage.

This year marks the 26^th year that TORC has invited Toyota owners from across the country to show off their vehicles. “We look forward to this event every year” said Junpei Tomonaga, President & CEO of RAZO / CarMate U.S.A. “RAZO has been an active participant in TORC events for over 10 years and we value the relationship”.  “RAZO has long history of working closely with Toyota in developing accessories for their vehicles and its customers”. 

RAZO develops and manufactures a full line of shift knobs, pedals, and roof racks that are specifically designed for Toyota vehicles.  In addition, a new dash camera that captures front, rear and side footage with a single lens was recently launched. The camera allows users to view footage real time on their smartphone or later via their PC. The camera has been instrumental in capturing traffic incidents and monitoring in-car situations.

We are happy to announce, that we will be at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) 2021 trade show as exhibitors!

This was our first time back since 2020 due to the pandemic. We are very excited to be able to attend this notorious automotive trade show once again.

Car Mate develops and manufactures a line of dashcams that are specifically designed for security of the driver. Our camera models come with single, dual and now three lens (three models currently) captures the front, rear and peripheral footage that provides integral concrete evidence in cases of traffic violations, accidents, cases of road-rage, and when the driver’s car is parked. The camera also provides users to view real time footage on their smartphone within Wi-Fi distance or later via PC.

With that being said, we are thrilled to showcase our newest 360 degree dash cam model the DC4000RA. This new cutting edge dash cam is 3 channels capable of recording the front, rear and 360 degree coverage that traditional dash cams cannot cover. This makes DC4000RA truly a one of a kind dash cam that you would not want to drive without.

The SEMA event will take place in 2021 in Las Vegas, Nevada from November 2nd to November 5th, 2021.
